To the next person to read this poem,
This is to you.
To the next one to feel lost,
Don’t worry, the sky’s still blue.
To the next you to love,
You’re the one that flew,
Keeping your dreams alive.
To all the moms,
That are the glue.
To all the dads,
Who always knew.
To the light that shined in his eyes.
To her brilliance that wouldn’t die.
To the innocent eyes,
That knew not the truth.
To that radiant beauty,
That they have too.
To the unbroken wonder,
That couldn’t be subdued.
And to the next person to real this poem,
This is to you.
